Introduction: I provide thorough and complete Home Inspections with detailed reporting with pictures. I do not just give you a check list of what I looked at. I specialize in older homes and first time home buyers. Most of my work is in Rockford and Freeport. I am an experienced builder and renovator which gives me a jump ahead of most other inspectors that have very little hands-on experience. Most inspectors have learned from books or have experience in only one trade. I do all of my own work on my Renovations. You won't be disappointed with my knowledge of a house and my inspecting skills. I love to educate people on their homes on how things work and what is right or wrong. My specialty is older homes. My personal home was over 100 years old and you can't tell by looking at the exterior or interior unless you are in the cellar, yes cellar. It was made of stone and only six foot high.
