I also hold these additional certifications: NASM FNS (Fitness Nutrition Specialist), NASM-GFS (Golf Fitness Specialist), NETA-GFI (Group Fitness Instructor) and NETA-HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training). My main passion is health and wellness through fitness and helping others achieve and maintain a balanced, healthy lifestyle through strength training, cardio training and optimal nutritional choices. I have been working out with Janet for a month now and really am enjoying our sessions. She is incredibly organized and professional, and really wants all her clients to succeed. She has stages that are usually 6 workouts, and after the stage she does an "assessment day" where we do a weigh in, inch check, body fat check, and see if I can hold plank longer, etc. These keep me accountable, and remind me that I want to keep up my healthy eating and working out on my own for even better results the next time. She trains out of her home gym, and it's really comfortable for me. She has everything a standard gym would have. I also like that she switches up cardio so it's not the same thing every time I see her. I totally recommend Janet!

I was very out of shape when I started to train with Janet. As a person in my fifties I was very concerned about injuring myself with an aggressive training program. Janet listened to me and customized training sessions specifically to help me to achieve my goals. I highly recommend Janet to people of all fitness levels, she is amazing!

Janet is awesome! She pushes you to your full potential. The best workouts I have ever had were with Janet. Since starting with her, I have been losing inches, building muscle and feeling great.

Janet is an extremely knowledgeable trainer not only with the physical aspect of training but also with the nutritional aspect as well. She helps you to work at your own pace but also challenges you to do your best and push yourself that much harder! I think her training sessions are personalized to fit each individuals needs! I would definitely recommend Janet as a personal trainer.
