I came to Elizabeth without any direction or idea what I wanted for myself. I have never tried anything like therapy or life coaching and honestly didn’t think I could make any progress. I didn’t think I had much to work with. Elizabeth proved me completely wrong and is an amazing, insightful coach. She pinpointed exactly what I need to focus on, challenged me and supported me. She is relatable and super easy to talk to. After 4 sessions I have better habits, a better mindset and believe my future is going to be positively affected. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My cost is $140 a session.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, we have a 20 minute free phone consultation to make sure we are a good match.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Master Certified Coach (MCC), a Certified Spiritual Coach, and I have my masters degree in counseling. I also am licensed as a psychotherapist in Illinois, but my coaching sessions should never be used as a substitute for psychotherapy. I received my life coaching certification through the accredited World Coach Institute. I also worked as an adjunct professor at National Louis University's graduate counseling program for ten years. My diverse education, certifications, and experiences have made me open, humble, and connected to the human experience.
