- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is very straightforward and I usually over estimate the time we need by a little bit so we do t feel rushed s d then it’s a bonus when we finish early!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to set up an initial phone conversation then either exchange photos or arrange for an in hone consultation to make sure we are on the same page and there are no hidden fees!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve done countless hours of training on general organizing, ADHD, moving, downsizing, design, selling etc. always happy to any questions. I even did a course provided by “Dorothy the Organizer” the lead organizer from the show Hoarders as I work with plenty of hoarding situations!
