Latest Review: My experience with John has been fantastic. I've been extremely inconsistent with my workout routine since I started having kids and I was extremely out of shape, particularly with my strength training, when I met John, but he energized me immediately with his frequent communication, positive reinforcement, results-oriented focus, and his varied approach to fitness. In particular, his ability to mix up exercise routines keep the workouts fun and interesting, not to mention challenging. He does a great job of pushing me and reminding me of the results that I want. He also happens to be a helluva nice guy. I would recommend John to anybody who wants to significantly improve their fitness levels.
