- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We try to remain as competitive as possible. Being that we are a SMALL, FAMILY OWNED BUSINESS, means we do not have the materials and supplies on hand like our bigger competitors. While prices may seem a TAD higher, the quality and care you will receive from our family is second to NONE! We are 100% committed to providing top-notch service, with our reliable & knowledgeable team. We will NEVER sacrifice quality!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First interaction is made by you, our potential client. You may call, email or FB message us with your outdoor needs/visions. Then we will set up a time that is convenient for you to come out and meet with you. We will listen to your desires and visions, take notes then head back to our office and prepare your FREE estimate! Estimate will then be emailed over. You review your bid, ask questions and decide if you'd like to partner with us to make your visions come to life! If you decide to move forth, we will email your formal contract, payment schedule and get you on the schedule!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We continually seek training and educational classes, seminars and trainings in our field to stay up to date on the latest trends, tips & tricks!
