FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Very simple.. Pay for single "drop-in" rates, or 1 month packages. Prices vary depending on how many times/week you want to train and for how long (30/60 min)
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am ALWAYS doing research trying to come up with new types of workouts, different types of exercises, new findings in nutrition, etc. I think it is important to always be learning!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was 16 at the time.. Skin and bones, but obsessed with working out. All I cared about was putting on muscle! I got a job working in the cafe at Lifetime Fitness. I had no idea a "Personal Trainer" even existed.. I remember thinking "wait a second, these people get paid to teach people how to workout and reach their goals?!... Sign me up!!!" I would go to the gym before and after work and just talk to the trainers.. Watch them with their clients, pick their brains.. By the time I was 19 I was working along side of them and I can honestly say I learned more from that experience than any of my certifications provided.
