Introduction: I prepare healthy and flavorful meals for one to 1000 clients; no event is too big or too small. I provide all supplies and keep inventory of supplies ordering when necessary. I have both an Illinois sanitation certificate and ServSafe sanitation certification from the American Restaurant Association.
I have over 20 years of cooking experience in commercial kitchens as well as raising eight children of my own. I have experience in multiple styles of cooking and can adapt menu and recipes to accommodate health and taste preferences.
I have studied under Chef Paul Stroup who is a member of the Central Illinois Chef Association. I have completed a culinary arts program and continue my education to increase my skill level. I have multiple references upon request.
