- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer discounts to my first time and frequent customers. I try to provide the most reasonable price I can.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I have a new customer, I work with them to get to know them better. I provide my services through a variety of methods- phone call, text, in person, and through video. I want my customers to feel comfortable so I can help them to my maximum ability.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelors degree in communication disorders, a masters degree in school guidance and counseling, and I’m working on a PhD in human behavioral studies. I am reiki trained and a certified yoga instructor.
