I have been training with Chitown trainers for several months. I attend the yoga classes and utilize the personal training service. The trainers are extremely professional and competent. The training has been the best training experience I have had because they work at your level and gradually build your tolerance and strength. I have experienced change in my ability to run, lift weight and my balance. I highly recommend their services, they are simply excellent!

My experience with Lymphatic Drainage and Healing Touch performed by Dr. Sylvia Hood Washington I believe had a positive effect on reducing inflammation in my body. The few days after therapy I noticed less aches and pain in my muscles & joints. I hold a lot of stress related tension in my muscles, so it was great to have some relief. During the therapy Dr. Sylvia kept me informed with what she was doing and why she was doing it. I liked how she integrated different modalities along with the lymphatic draining. She incorporated some yoga stretching and breathing as well as healing touch techniques. By far Diana is my favorite yogi. Dianas ability to create a calming, warm and open space is encouraging for people who want to understand and learn yoga. As a beginner, she made me feel comfortable with my body. She provided specific and thoughtful remarks to improve my breathing and positions which has allowed me to make large improvement with my form rather than the fast moving classes Ive taken with other instructors that dont provide that special attention for individuals. By the end of a session with Diana, I definitely feel I have thoroughly worked my muscle groups while simultaneously releasing any stress and tension I may not have even realized I had been carrying all day. I walk out of every session renewed and feeling healthy.
Was fortunate to practice yoga with Aarti. One of the best yoga instructors one can find. She is very knowledgeable, greatly inspiring and adds a lot of energy into her sessions. Got to learn a lot from her and I'm really grateful for that. I’ve been going to a chiropractor on and off over the years for lower back tightness. After a friend recommended me to see C. Alexandra I thought I would give it a try. She was very professional and thorough with explaining and demonstrating the poses I needed to do to help my lower back. I am new to yoga and she helped me so much with her hands on approach and demonstration. After just 1 session with her my lower back hadn’t felt this good in years. I'm so grateful to have found Kari. I've been working with a hip injury and following some major abdominal surgeries was also having trouble finding strength in my core, back, and pelvis. After working with two physical therapists without much change, I began seeing Kari for private yoga instruction every week. I was hard on myself at first, but Kari met me where I was and she leaves me feeling empowered after every session. Her attention to detail is tremendous. She offers beautifully supported hands on adjustments that help me expand farther in my yoga than I thought possible (as a yoga instructor myself it's been enlightening). Joahanne was amazing. I hired her for a private party. She was punctual and easy to coordinate with. If I ever have another need for private yoga, I'd definitely hire her. Her instruction and adjustments were outstanding. Everyone in my party was impressed and thought she was a great yoga instructor! She has a very pleasant and nice demeanor too.
Hadley was my first yoga instructor, and though I do go to other classes, she's still the most caring, attentive and personable teacher. She's great at helping me go beyond what I'm currently able to do and provides excellent encouragement and support.

She has been practicing yoga for 15 years and has participated in workshops with Seane Corn, Elena Brower, Shiva Rea, and David Swenson to name a few. Katie recently completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training at the Chicago Yoga Center under the guidance of Suddha Weixler. She is now enjoying sharing her love of yoga by teaching in her community.
