This company is amazing! Konrad was my trainer for 5 months and he challenge me to work hard and change my eating habits, and because of him I feel amazing with the transformation of my body. Now im training with Peter and hes also amazing he makes our work out a lot of fun and he is able to work around my schedule. I never kick boxed before but since Pete has introduced me to kick boxing its my favorite work out and ive noticed great results from it! I really recommend either Peter or Konrad they are both intelligent men who will both push you to amazing results!
I've had the pleasure of attending Victory MMA in Naperville for years now and it has been amazing. Life changing not only in weight loss( I lost 45 lbs) but mentally and spiritually. The relationships and the bonds you form with everyone is the best part. People see the UFC on TV and think its two barbaric people fighting but they don't see the love the motivation the team work that goes behind it. Whatever ones goals are the victory family in Naperville will stand behind you and support you one hundred percent. Between the kids classes, adult classes, women's kick boxing classes and grappling class there is something for everyone. The love that is on those mats is something hard to find these days. A gym Danny was previously employed at paired me up with him as my trainer. I signed up there after spending two years at a boxing gym. My goal at the time was to incorporate more strength training into my routine, but continue boxing from time to time as that is a workout I truly enjoy. Ive been training with Danny now for almost a year. Prior to working with him, I had a lot of mixed feelings about working with a Personal Trainer. I no longer feel that way. Ive done strength training, boxing, kickboxing, and circuits with Danny. He continues to help me break bad habits I developed from my previous boxing gym. Im never bored with my PT sessions, I actually look forward to them and that is very important if youre just starting off making a lifestyle change, or continuing to maintain a healthy lifestyle. In June 2015, Danny put me up to a challenge to lose 6 lbs before my next weigh in with him, and with hard work and determination, I lost 8 lbs that month! This was after bouncing around the same weight for the past few years. This gave me the motivation to participate in a 90 day challenge at my gym, which led to me getting back down to my High School weight from 20 years ago. I highly recommend Danny has a trainer. His work with clients isnt just a job to him, its a passion. He brings a lot of experience and expertise; he has an awesome personality, is extremely positive, and wants to help you succeed.

I started training with Lauren after I broke my foot last July. I knew I wanted to keep up with my exercise routine and work around my injury. She designed work-outs for me paying particular attention to my injury. I decided to continue my training with her because of the variety of the work-outs. They are never the same. Her latest has been boxing which is something I have never done before. I have always had some sort of exercise plan in place whether it was group classes or exercising with a friend. I find my time spent with Lauren has been most beneficial. She keeps you focused and working hard at all times.
I love my Personal Trainer, Brian. I am VERY particular about Trainers. I always pick one by watching them work with their clients. I assess the results of their clients and their own personal results. A Trainer needs to look like a trainer. Brian is one of the best. He is not a chatter box. He is quietly effective and he means business. He focuses on your form, pushes you tirelessly, changes the workout constantly to confuse my body, and has helped me become more stable (I used to trip and fall all the time, weird, I know). My results have been the best testimonial. I have lost 30 pounds and 6 inches around the waist with Brian. My whole body has trimmed down. My whole goal was to have a more lean body, not buff or overly muscular. He tailors my workout for my needs. It is funny, because I get asked about my Trainer every few days. He truly is the best. I can't say enough things about him. I hired Brian 3 years ago. It's one of the best gifts I have given to myself. I go to him 3 times a week, which I recommend.
I come into Title every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday for the 5:30pm boxing class. Everytime I'm greeted so well and taken care of by Cristian! I've been a member for almost a year now and relocated to the South Loop location from the West Loop because I work nearby at a law firm. He is very respectful and makes sure everyone is taken care of even those who are taking their first class and need help wrapping their hands. Young but talented!

Alex came recommended by another respected trainer. I had a specific goal in mind and Alex took the time to review, plan, and execute, a workout regiment to help me achieve it. Staying fit is important to me as I am in law enforcement. Alex not only met, but greatly exceeded my expectations. Alex also keeps things varied and fun with kettlebells, weighted staff, and boxing techniques. He is also very knowledgeable on proper nutrition. I started this journey into 2011 and have had several trainers but Chris by far has been the best one. He does a full body workout from anywhere from boxing to running to strength training it's all mind body and soul and that's what Chris brings to the table. Vigorous sports like boxing also stimulate the mental side as studies have proven. You don't have to compete in the ring; the workouts are challenging enough.
