A stellar service from start to finish! Karen, our bartender from Mixing It Up Bartending, was punctual and showcased a true mastery in crafting excellent drinks. Not only were her concoctions top-notch, but her vibrant energy also played a significant role in keeping the party alive and buzzing. Complementing Karen’s skills were Ana and Jade, the waitstaff duo. Their punctuality and proactive nature were commendable. They effortlessly managed every task, ensuring guests were attended to and all needs were met with grace and professionalism. Last but certainly not least, a nod to Alberto, the owner. His clear communication and attention to detail were instrumental in the evening’s success. He provided everything we needed, ensuring the event went off without a hitch. What a night to remember! Mixing it up bartender was the perfect addition to our party to really create the event of the year. Everyone was blown away that we had a bartender, it was a very nice touch. Our bartender was simply wonderful and engaging with the guests and no one was empty handed all night. She was able to keep up with all the various drink requests and made a killer old fashioned. If you’re on the fence about hiring this bartender, do not hesitate, we will definitely use them again.

Alberto and his team were the bartenders for our wedding reception. Alberto also supported us prior to our reception by providing all the needed paperwork and by recommending amounts of ingredients/alcohol to buy to ensure our reception was one to remember. The drinks/cocktails were great and our guests only had compliments for the service provided. Thank you!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A costumer will send in a quote and I will get in contact with them. Then we will discuss the details of the event, I will make suggestions, and what is expected of me and my staff.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have received the State of Illinois BASSET certification and a bartending license. Also, I have worked at different bars and restaurants and i have experience in the service industry.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I love mixing drinks and always coming up with new ideas, meeting new people and enjoying the atmosphere. I started at a restaurant 10 years ago as a server and they trained me for bartending. Since then I have worked at other bars and venues.
