The Itunes music programs that were transferred by Best buy when the desk top was purchased in 2012 were not transferred correctly and we have been unable to download music to our ipod devices. John came out and spent over 2 hours repairing the programs and separating our libraries. I was impressed with his knowledge and how he fixed the problem and went above and beyond to make it happen. I wish we had never used Best Buy to set up our computer. We still have some challenges due to our lack of knowledge in navigating the system but are glad to know we can pay for future services if needed and that they will be handled efficiently and correctly. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?We don't have a complicated pricing structure. Most jobs are a flat rate, which are negotiable. However, the cost of parts and licenses for software are governed by the market.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?We are constant involved in Webinars, online classes, our University/College Alumni, Tech Expos, Tech Journals and forums. We study for certifications every week. We have a test lab that we test and conduct experiments with diiferent software/hardware, security systems. So as we say, This is what we Do, all day everyday. We're not Nerds we're Cool Geeks.
- What types of customers have you worked with?With the new Win 7 out there Vista/XP cannot compete. We upgrade from Windows Vista/XP to Win 7. We also, seem to see a number of LED/LCD damaged screens we replace those as well. When it comes to viruses we clean high and low to rmove it.
