Pat at Computek has serviced my Mac network for over 20 years. He has a broad and deep understanding of technology and Macs specifically. He can do anything from add hardware to run complex diagnostics and resolve issues. Pat does a good job explaining things. As a consultant he’s part technician, part teacher. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?When a customer contacts me with a problem, I'll work with them to determine what the problem is, and determine if it can be resolved over the phone or requires for me to go on site.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have a Computer degree and have worked in the IT industry for over 30 years. Twenty of those years have been at a major computer company.
