FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pretty much consistent, finding a half way meeting point at library, Starbucks, or other place client is comfortable. Depending on any extras. My fee for resume development, interview coaching plus life coaching is about the same.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial meeting, approximately one hour, interview and outline of next steps in process, Possible "homework" given to client, as they should be fully vested in the quality of the final product, a second meeting to go over same, and a last meeting with presentation of the final product. This process is not set in stone, however, this is just a guideline. Everything is fluid when working with clients initializing change.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Wrote and re-wrote resumes over 20 years as a freelancer, trained in grant writing in IN, my biggest influence was reading/writing on the subject, and my mother's experience working with applicants as a placement professional.
