We made the appointment, but Kate not show up. She was supposed to text me the night before and I did not hear from her. My daughter waited for her the next day and she did not show at all. She did not clean, but I believe her communication is terrible. I would not recommend her.

Kate did a heavy cleaning for us. Everything was sparkley clean. She arrived on time and did exactly as she promised. She came back two weeks later to clean again and everything was even cleaner than the first time. We look forward to having her service on a regular basis.
