FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The price is determined by the type of pest you need treated and the size of your home. Some jobs are more difficult than others and therefore the price can vary.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For a first visit I will ask you some basic questions to see if your problem requires the services of a pest control company. Many companies will try to set you up for a lengthy contract regardless of the pest issues that you are having. I will not do this. If a one time treatment is sufficient, then that is what I will recommend. After gathering some basic information I will give you some options for a plan of attack. At that point you can pick the approach that best meets YOUR needs and budget. I respect my customer's time. You can expect me to be on time and if I am running late by 5 or more minutes (this is extremely rare) then you will be notified promptly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have serviced the Northwest Suburbs for over 7 years. I am licensed by the State of Illinois Department of Public Health. I regularly attend seminars and conferences to maintain a current knowledge of what's new and what's going on in my industry.
