- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are very affordable depending on the project and the client's needs. We offer clear and transparent pricing, meaning there are no extra or hidden charges. Our Starting price for Logo Design is $49.00 and for Website Design, it is $359.00. We do offer additional discounts to non-profit and charitable organizations. The following are provided standard with all our logo designs: • Multiple Concepts • Multiple Revision Rounds • Source files (Important for printing) • Quick Delivery • Ownership Rights • Free Future Support We provide entirely free project consultation to our customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have a very simple process to get our clients exactly what they are looking for. 1. PROJECT CONSULTATION: We initiate a consultation call in which we try to understand the client’s vision and ideas thoroughly. We present the client with our thoughts as well and try to come to a mutual understanding point. 2. BRIEF QUESTIONNAIRE FORM: We provide our clients with a Brief Questionnaire Form which consists of a few generic questions for them to go through, fill out and submit so we can get the work started ASAP.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team at Craftywebz is very well trained and a master at their craft when it comes to their area of expertise. We have a specific team for each of the services that we provide and all of our work is done in-house to provide quality service. Every day we are always learning how to master our craft to keep up with the latest trends and technology.
