As a baby boomer, I am challenged by computers and new gadgets. I initially contacted Good Memory to have a Ring Video doorbell installed. The technician (Patrick Franklin) was great - he determined the appropriate Ring device I needed, recommended that I also get a Chime (to improve wi-fi), completed the installation/set-up efficiently and called several times after the installation to make sure that the things were going well. Several months later, I contacted Good Memory to help me upgrade my 10 year old home computer. Patrick spent time with me evaluating what I needed, research several computers and helped me select the right computer for me. Since I have no idea how to set-up a new computer, Patrick also went to the store with me (to make sure that I got all the needed cables/wires/computer stuff), did the set up of my new Apple computer (which was a major effort since I needed to have Microsoft Office installed for work) and he even set-up my old printer for wi-fi (who knew it had wi-fi? lol). Patrick is knowledgable, patient, reliable and made working with him a joy. The pricing for these services were cheaper than The Geek Squad (I checked!). I feel so much smarter now, thanks to Patrick!

Patrick from Good Memory came to install my Ring doorbell. I almost didn't even contact him because two other installers had already told me that I could not have a Ring installed. Patrick came and diagnosed the problem immediately. He was fast, efficient, and he taught me how to operate the doorbell in mere minutes. He did all of this without talking down to me, which many technicians do in his position. I discovered that he does SO MANY things, so I booked him that day to install blue tooth speakers in my overhead lights, and he came back the following week to do those without issue. He is now my go to for all my technical needs. Good Memory has a customer for life.

I had a laptop that had some music files that I had downloaded. Some of the music that I had downloaded is no longer available. Patrick Franklin of Good Memory, downloaded the music onto a thumb drive for me. He then went beyond and called me to ask me what were my plans for the laptop. I told him from what I knew about computers,it would probably just throw it away. He then informed me that he could completely rebuild the laptop to perform as well as any brand new that I could purchase. I took him at his word and I couldn't be more impressed. His willingness to travel is another bonus. Personal,quality,value,along with his personal people skills are amazing. By the way,I'm still using the laptop now!!!! Larry Brumfield

Great Service!!! My Initial contact with Patrick was computer service which I have been satisfied with and I have not had any recurring problems. My next request was a discussion of what I wanted and needed for Ring/camera installation. I was informed of all options available and how well the product would work.
