- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most times, monthly discounts are posted on our website and social media platforms. A retainer of 25% is due immediately upon the signing of the Agreement to reserve Client’s event date and time. The retainer shall be applied towards the Service Fee. The retainer is nonrefundable in the instant where Client decides to cancel services, the retainer and all fees collected by the Provider shall be retained for value received. Failure to receive Client’s retainer within 3 days of contact delivered date will result in cancellation. Remaining Balance: Client agrees to pay Provider any and all remaining fees owed any time before the event date.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Obtain information, perform an estimate, send agreement to be signed and returned, receive deposit, and give client invoice.
