I would definitely hire Ms. Connley and crew again. I highly recommend the junk removal/hauling service of Reed N Connley. We needed to dispose of a broken hot tub that we were cutting up, along with a bunch of other construction and household waste (metal, plastic, broken tools, fence wire). We thought we could fit it all in one Bagster ($219 cost for our location) but we ended up needing 2, which would have cost $399 total. See pic of waste pile. So I looked on the What's Happening in Batavia Facebook page and saw Reed N Connley had been recommended. I checked the firm's FB page, and it said to text a pic for a quote. So I did, on Saturday at 5 pm. Got a response in minutes!!! Conley said they'd take it all away for $295, saving me $100. They texted with me on Sunday (as we were still dismantling the hot tub) and settled on a scheduled pick-up for 12:30 pm the next day, Monday. They texted when they were able to come early. The driver and her assistant had the junk all loaded on their truck and were gone by 12:15. I don't see how you can beat that for responsiveness, speed, and overall value! They even dumped the dirt and foam bits (from the hot tub guts, which are very messy) from the Bagster into their truck and put the Bagster in my garage so I could use it some other time (it cost $30 at Home Depot). And they even tried to pick up the remaining inevitable foam bits on the gravel drive and lawn, but I said, just leave it, I would get that with the rake later. I would work with Ms. Conley and crew again any time. This review is my own honest opinion. I am not personally acquainted with anyone who works for this business and I received no bribe to write this.

Very professional, reasonable quotes/pricing, the work is phenomenal. Not only did we use Handy Helper to remodel our bathrooms at the office, we also use them for snow removal. I never have to worry if the office is plowed. Handy Helper takes all the worry out of the job!

We hire JJ all the time for any removal of our debris. They are prompt and very responsive. Highly recommend them, usually use them about 3-4 times per month on average. Keep up the good work JJ and see you on our next job site for a clean out. Thanks

The two men that came out were on time and got right to work. They picked up about 2 tons of yard waste quickly. The initial estimate phase was equally swift. They had to traveled a bit to get to me and initially I declined the bid because the price changed. There was no negativity when I contacted them again later in the day. All other people placing bids on the project did not follow through on their end. I appreciate Big D's coming out and loading our debris.

We hired Bill for a demo/removal job in our building basement, which ended up being much bigger than expected. Bill did a tremendous job : he tackled the job with professionalism, safety-concern and a can-do and very good natured attitude. Bill is a knowledgeable, hard working pro who won't overcharge you. We are very happy with the job he completed for us.
