Patrick was my personal trainer for about half a year. I started knowing him in a group Core class he taught. His class was tough but fun! I was so impressed that I decided to further my training with him. As a personal trainer, Patrick understands the difference in each trainee. He first assessed my baseline capability and defined the goals. He then carefully designed sessions that would help me meet my goals. Patrick chose a variety of exercises that pushed me beyond my comfort zone but were still manageable and safe. During the training, Patrick monitored my movement closely. He not only made prompt corrections of my mistakes but also provided many suggestions on how to make my exercise more effective. In addition, he shared knowledge on diet and other helpful fitness information. Patrick is a good role model of fitness. He exercises daily and eats healthy. As an instructor, he cares about his students. As an individual, he has a warm personality and a good sense of humor. I would highly recommend Patrick to anybody who is looking for an excellent personal trainer!

My husband and I have been working with 2 of Ken's personal trainers and so far we have been extremely happy with both of them. They always arrive on time and tailor the workouts to our needs and fitness levels. Each week the workout is a bit different and we are always learning new ways to optimize our routine when we exercise alone. Each of the trainers has their own style, and the styles complement each other. For this reason, we like to alternate between the trainers. It is a pleasure to work with both of them as they are both very knowledgeable and cognizant of how to avoid strain or injury. I would highly recommend Ken and his team.

Raven is by the far the best personal trainer I have ever met. When I first started with him, I was 250 lb and lost 25 lb within 2 months (meeting only twice a week...when I wasn't traveling for work, which by the way he was very willing to work around). His system draws from a lifetime of experience and a PhD in Kinesiology. He custom designed a specific exercise regime for my body type that was shocking effective. It is hard to describe how much progress I made. I did not expect the results I got. His insight into fat reduction and strength conditioning blew my mind. I learned more in a few sessions with Raven than I had in my entire life. Working with him, I realized how ineffective my past exercise experience was (I worked so hard for a lot fewer results). Not to suggest Raven won't push you hard (in fact, he'll push you to your limit), but it's incredible how he makes the session so fun and fast. For example, in the past, I avoided a "difficult" exercise because I was afraid of hurting myself or vomiting. With Raven's guidance, I was given the courage to go further than I ever had (without evening noticing!). When I threw up for the first time, we celebrated together! It was a rite of passage and I am very proud of testing my limits. If you want to lose fat in a sustainable way, Raven's whole body health philosophy will take you the distance. It's not a gimmick and it takes hard work, but he will get you to your desired weight and body shape faster than anyone out there. Don't sign up if you don't want to put in the work, because Raven expects your best effort. But if you are committed to his diet and exercise program and want to laugh a lot along the way, he's your guy. (And don't worry about your motivation...Rav's an expert motivator and has a way of energizing your desire to get better every day).
Elijah is awesome, he pushes you harder than most, and keeps the workouts fresh and interesting. My fiancé and I never used personal trainers much and now we are year-round clients and love it!
Tricia does an excellent job! I am only on my second week with her but I did lose 6 lbs the first week by working out with her and doing what I needed to do on my own concerning working out and what I ate. I would definitely recommend her for your personal training needs.
Working with Chaun has been a great experience!! He first listened to my needs (previously had broken my foot & hand) then worked me out hard! He's flexible & gives good rates. I got great results in less time than I expected; always enjoying my workout with his motivation. He answered my nutrition & exercise questions to fit my needs. Chaun is very personable & knowledgeable, he truly knows his stuff. Will definitely continue to work with him!! I highly recommend him as a personal trainer!
I never had a personal trainer before, but knew I needed help and motivation to get healthier. Through Thumbtack, I received a quote from John at MOR Athletic. The very next day, over the consultation, we went over the scheduling details, payment and my goals. John was very nice as he answered all of my questions and told me what he could bring to the table as my trainer. We decided on a 3 month trial period since it was a good amount of time to see if this was a good fit for me. Aside from the reasonable pricing, the best part of MOR Athletic is that John comes to me for my sessions. After a long day at work, it's extremely convenient to be trained at home! I would recommend MOR Athletic to those who would like to be healthier at their own pace and for a good cost!

Brent has been my personal trainer for 3 years now. I had never worked one-on-one with a trainer before I met Brent. I started with just once a week, then twice a week and now three times a week. If it were not for Brentâs knowledge, encouragement and patience, I would have given up long ago. He took the time to ask and listen regarding my goals and physical limitations. He has constantly tailored my program to help me achieve short term goals, as well as working toward long term goals. I can’t say enough about Dr. Bolster and his treatment approach. After my initial exam for low back pain, he put together a treatment plan consisting of dry needling, ligament release, adjustments and corrective exercise. As a personal trainer I am on my feet for hours at a time. He has given me the tools needed to perform my job at full capacity.
