- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The process starts with a Design Consultation $150 and then Design Services are quoted per room starting at $3,500 for design plan, once client approves designers charge an hourly fee for Project Management. All pricing varies according to the job scope. Depending on the type of service, an estimate will be given. We are now offering Remote Design Services, we call it E-Design. Packages start at $199 for complete room design and all shopping links. Check out our website for more information on these services. E-Design is perfect for the DIYer that just needs a little guidance, services that aren’t limited to geographic location and are at a fraction of the cost of regular design services. Move In Design Services are based on $50/hour per person.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All services start the start with a phone consultation for introductions and to get a scope of the project. In person (local to Chicago western suburbs): Design Consultation ($150). Our designers meet with the client for approximately an hour, in the space they want to transform, find out their goals, budget, and desires for the project. From there the designer comes up with a design plan from concept to completion. Design services are quoted according to the job scope and type. We are now offering Remote Design Services, we call it E-Design. Packages start at $199 for complete room design and all shopping links. Check out our website for more information on these services. Either remote or in person services include- Design Phase: developing a design plan, shopping list, finish selections, color palette selection than Project Management: ordering, working with General Contractor if applicable, overseeing installations through completion.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelors of Science in Environmental Design from Purdue University, West Lafayette. My internship was with Reece Kitchens in Indianapolis where I obtained extensive knowledge of kitchen and bath design. I have years of customer service and designing for all project types.
