Ron is a professional. As a courtesy, I didn't want to watch over his shoulder, so I said, "I'll leave you to it..." However, this man genuinely cares and he offered an explanation of the situation and how to prevent problems in the future. He completed the job thoroughly and provided excellent advice for maintenance going forward. He earned extra stars today when he installed my garbage disposal. Thanks again Ron!!!

Ron installed a new garbage disposal after diagnosing a leaking drain. During the installation he discovered a potential future problem with the faucet. He added the new faucet installation with a minimal additional charge. He was on time, highly knowledgeable, thorough, and reasonably priced.

We hired Ron to install a new garbage disposal which might include moving the existing pipes. I had originally asked him to install a new kitchen faucet also, but then my husband decided to do that part himself. Ron was still happy to come out just for the disposal. He gave us a quote for the installation and communicated very thoroughly with me about the details of the job. When Ron came out for the installation, he measured the disposal and suggested exchanging it for a smaller model to avoid moving the pipes. My husband agreed and Ron went to store to purchase a smaller disposal. Overall, we were happy with his work and price for the job.

Don't always go with the lowest priced person. Go with your feeling as to who will combine a fair price with quality work. Get it done right the first time with someone that you feel will deliver great results.
