Working with Wallin HVAC was a great experience. Not only were their prices significantly below the competition, but the quality of their work and their customer service were both top notch. Greg was a pleasure to work with and I look forward to having him as my go-to HVAC guy in the future. I highly recommend them.
Working with Pur360 is a great experience. They went above and beyond my expectations. They are VERY responsive and have offered so much support. They provided great direction pre and post treatment. The treatment worked for pests as they said it would along with additional benefits of killing mold and really improving the overall quality of the work environment. The upfront cost of the service is higher than traditional services but the back end benefits of this service cannot be matched by the traditional providers. We are pest free and the staff are healthier. All done without the use of harmful chemicals. Worth every penny! This company is awesome!
We hired Captain Clean Restoration to abate some presumed asbestos wrapping that was on 90+ linear feet of galvanized piping in our home. The crew arrived on-time and the work was completed within the amount of time estimated. The entire crew was very professional and polite. We couldn't be more pleased with the quality of their work --- we really consider ourselves lucky to have found Captain Clean Restoration for this project! We had an independent 3rd party Air Quality Testing professional test the worksite after the presumed asbestos material was removed. Not only did he say the air was clean as a whistle, he also said "I've come to test on a lot of sites....you hired a really great crew to do the asbestos....they did an awesome job". We agree! Thanks so much!
I usually do not write reviews but I think Shaul Services deserves one. I have contacted the company to get my air duct system cleaned. Sam, the technician, was very polite and professional. He took his time to explain me what exactly and how it would be done. I also got free furnace cleaning. The price was fair, fast and professional service. Would recommend!
This was my first time using any service and I was very nervous about it. As someone who suffers from asthma, air quality is very important. They were on time, professional, and answered all of my questions. I recommend them to everyone.
John is professional. He was on time, thorough and did just what he said he would do. I would use him in the future and recommend him to anyone who is looking for quality work.
I had a few mold remediation contractors come over to see if I had a mold problem from when I had some water leaks in the basement. My kids had been sick ongoing. The guys looked around and sniffed around and said they didn't see anything wrong. Healthy Home was the only company to suggest van air test to check my levels of mold spores in the basement. They were seriously elevated. Healthy Home sanitized my basement in one day.
Mold removal is never a fun experience, but using a company as professional and thorough as Indoor Air Repair left us with the confidence that the problem had been completely addressed. They were reasonable and a pleasure to deal with. We highly recommend their services!
I'm very happy with the service they provided. They wore very professional, prompt and provided quality product.
They answered the phone at 7:30 in the morning and fit me into the schedule for mold testing later the same day
Ok, first, I did this cold. Had 5 a/c guys supposedly give me a quote. Three guys did nothing but email back to call them and they would come give a quote. I did not want to be pressured. Tim gave an itemized quote of what he would do, answered all my questions and did it for EXACTLY what he quoted me. He was on time, put tarps down and did a total great job and cleanup. I do not usually take the time to do surveys....everyone from McDonalds on up want them . Tim came himself---which was a plus as well. System seems to work great---can't really talk long term. I would give him 6 stars if available. Quality guy...quality work, great price!!!
Aaron is very professional, honest and helpful in all areas of air solution questions. Job was done promptly, and very effective I could get answers even right away, and lab results came later, which I already new what to expect.I had two houses checked with Aaron, and his knowledge, friendliness, advises will be always appreciated. If I could I would give 10 Stars. That is the person who you want to be in your house to do the proper and quality job. Thank you so much AAron!!!! I will recommend you to all of my friends.O.J.
Power Cleaning Pro just cleaned my section couch and carpet and did a great job. Cleaning technicians were professional, on time, polite and considerate. Literally every odor that had built up over the winter was removed, leaving the air quality cleaner than ever before and the carpet and upholstery fabric soft to the touch. I would have to recommend to anyone looking for a top-notch job at an honest price.
Airtek installed my new furnace. They did a quality job with a fair price. The installer was very professional.
Air Conditioner was not working properly and was giving us a lot of problems. I called up R & R and they said they were pretty busy until Friday. I set up an appointment and a couple minutes later I got a call back saying someone canceled and he would be out in an hour. I was super pleased. The owner came out and was the one who worked on my A/C. He was very friendly and very honest. He was respectful of my home and of me. He fixed my A/C and it was very affordable too. I have dealt with other "big name" companies that you hear about and haven't had the same quality of people come out. R & R is a great company and I would highly recommend them to anyone out there.
Dan is upfront and honest, offering great value with the quality of products and the work that he does. While I lived in the are, he was my go to HVAC guy!
The business acumen Holly provided was honest and forthright. She presented the obstacles of obtaining quality data with regard to the unexpected nuances and idiosyncratic entities related to buying a 100+ year old home with candor and a pleasant, optimistic approach. She offered options for inspection at reasonable price points and provided discounts through bundling multiple tests (Radon, Lead Paint, Asbestos and Mold etc.). That said, Brett Kelley, the president of CIA, fulfilled these expectations with a substantial level of professional experience and knowledge base as the fundamental insecurity of purchasing a home (our first, and an older home at that!) stems from the unknown. Brett placed everything on the table (so to say) and pointed out with a certain specificity the issues that most warranted priority attention. With photographs tagged with detailed annotation, his report was thorough and honest. Honest from a BUYERS vantage! A true professional and someone I would keep in the front of my Rolodex. (Does anyone use a Rolodex these days?) You can't go wrong with the CIA!
Locke Home Inspection is so good I used them twice! I bought my first house in January 2009 and I used Locke Home Inspection at the recommendation of a friend. Boy am I glad I listened! The owner, Eddie, is amazing at his job. He knew this was my first house and he took the time to show me the basics of owning a home like how to change my air filter, how to shut off the water, etc. When I asked questions, he listened and thoughtfully answered. He never made me feel like my questions were dumb and never made me feel like I was wasting his time. His report was incredibly detailed and included pictures. What was so nice about the report from Locke Home Inspection is it included not only pictures of what needed to be repaired, but also pictures of the various "guts" of the house clearly labeled so I could refer to it later if I needed to (water shut off valve, electric breaker box, etc). I actually handed this report to repair men and they were impressed with the quality of the report and the quality of the inspection itself. Let me give you an example, Eddie is so detailed that he identified a ceiling fan that wasn't working properly in my first house whereas I have heard of inspectors who don't even turn on the lights in a room let alone the fan to test operation. Now it is July 2014 and I am buying a new house. When it came time to pick a home inspector, it was the simplest and easiest decision to make. Inspector Eddie of Lock Home Inspection was just as thorough and fastidious as the first time I used him. He once again impressed me with his attention to detail and willingness to answer all my questions. When I scheduled the inspection, he even asked me to think of anything I may have noticed when I toured the house that I wanted him to look at so he could address any concerns I had. And to top it all off, Inspector Eddie is quick in turning around a report - I had an early evening inspection and I had the report the very next morning!
My experience with Thomas McNichols was very pleasant. He helped me with the design of my remodeling project with regard to the layout and products. In 2008 I hired Thomas McNichols to remodel my home. I had an unfinished attic which I was now going to finish and add a dormer to. I had them build me two bedrooms, a walk in closet, bathroom, linen closet and 3 storage closets. Central air was also added to my second floor. Before the second floor could be complete, my existing stairways to my attic and basement had to be taken out and rerouted. Brand new stairs were built to my seond floor and basement. Once that project was done, I had my kitchen completely remodeled. It was a complete gut job and they also opened up a back porch to enlarge the kitchen. While the kitchen renovation was going on, new siding was being put on my whole house and new front stairs were built. The entire house renovation took 4 1/2 months to complete. In 2009 I hired Thomas McNichols again to put new siding on my garage and pour a new patio in my backyard. In 2013 I again hired Thomas McNichols to gut and remodel a first floor bathroom which took 3 weeks to complete. At that time, they also opened up a first floor bedroom off my kitchen and converted it to a family room. That job took 10 days to complete. I could not have been more pleased with the work that Thomas Builders & Construction Co. performed at my house. I was very pleased with the outcome. My house is beautiful. This company is very professional, they were always on time, they cleaned up after themselves every day and never left me a mess, and every step of the construction was explained to me along the way. There were no surprises, they were very patient with me and very reasonable in their rates. The quality of the work was outstanding. I recommend Thomas McNichols to everyone I know.
