Dan Falese at ServiceMaster is a true gem. It is so wonderful and refreshing to work with someone who takes pride in their work and goes the extra mile to make sure his clients are taken care of. I cannot recommend ServiceMaster Kwick Restore enough. The day before my wife and I were set to leave for Costa Rica to celebrate our 20th anniversary, our basement flooded. I reached out to ServiceMaster not knowing what to expect, and their response was immediate.Jim and Bryce led the remediation team, and these two guys were absolutely fantastic. They jumped into action, walked us through everything, and handled the situation with such professionalism and care that we were actually able to get on that plane and enjoy our anniversary trip without spending the whole time stressed about what was happening at home.That peace of mind is genuinely priceless. When you're dealing with water damage, you need a team that shows up, communicates clearly, and gets it done right. That's exactly what we got.
