- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I travel to students' homes for their lessons. Lessons are $30.00 per half hour ($60 per hour) once per week. Lessons are paid one month in advance, no contracts. Discounts available for more than two students in one home.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Ascertain their experience if any, their goals and expectations from learning to play the piano. Every student is different and my approach varies in regard to age and other considerations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
