Introduction: Good day! My name is Paul Grimes. I am a 48-year old man who takes pride in my work and perform at a professional level. I have 28 years experience in home remodeling. I have 17 years experience in working on a professional level with homeowners.
I am also a certified lead and mold renovator (renovator certificate #R/1/8593/09/00159 with the Titan Environmental Services), ertified vinyl installer (certificate # 8000002713/ASTMB4756) and VSI siding installer with the Vinyl Siding Institute, Inc.
I am a master sider and have knowledge in all types of siding. I have excellent skills in all types of fencing -- wood, vinyl and metal, as well as in all types of deck installation, and can build to code.
I have excellent troubleshooting skills, and am a good problem solver. I have my own truck and tools.
I have excellent skills in carpentry, replacement doors and windows, garage doors, decks, roofs, sunrooms, and tile and hardwood floor installation, refinishing and staining, and can operate a bobcat, forklift, back hoe, track hoe, and more.
I do siding, soffit, window capping, concrete pouring and finishing, setting forms, pouring driveways and sidewalks, interior and exterior electrical, painting, drywall hanging, mudding and taping, finish carpentry, spaying textures, and kitchens and baths as well. I also have some skills in HVAC. I am not certified, but I have a lot of knowledge and can perform most task.
I have a lot of tools, a wealth of knowledge, as well as have some skills in plumbing with PEX, PVC, and copper. I have a high school diploma and 2-year Associate's of Arts degree. I also am drug-free and a non-drinker.
