Introduction: Hi! I'm located in the St Louis area and all tutoring takes place over Skype using an online whiteboard that we can both write on. I am a certified high school math teacher with a degree in computer science from the University of Virginia and a masters in mathematics education from Columbia University. I taught high school math in NYC for 5 years as a Math for America fellow and am now a full time SAT/ACT tutor. How does it work? 1. First, we set up a time for the first session. This can be done over Thumbtack, phone call, or you can book me directly via my website: louisehigginstutoring.com 2. Next, we exchange Skype names so we can connect for a voice call (no webcam required). We'll use an online whiteboard to work out problems together. 3. I will give you a call on Skype when it's time for us to get started! My students get consistently wonderful results and I would love to help you get your best score on this test too! Please note that payment for each session is due the night before to hold your child's spot. I also offer a discount on the purchase of a package of 10 sessions.
