Take out old decking and replace and expand deck. Add stairs to one end where there was none before. Contractor Chris Good did excellent work, and on time.

I was in the middle of some remodelling projects and at this point I wasn't a contractor. I decide to start my company because I couldn't believe how unprofessional, unresponsive and disorganized most contractors I had worked with were.

We completely gutted a 100 year old fraternity and rehabilitated it to serve as a sorority.
