- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Depending of the complexity of the job, the offer is made based on our standard prices. We have no hiding fees and for some cases, we can offer a discount to the client. It is important to note that we are offering a free phone consultation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process is pretty straight forward. Here are the typical few steps: - Receive tax documents from client - Assess their complexity - Make an offer - Start working on the file as soon as my offer is accepted - Delivery of the job well done and on time.
