I've been working with Sheila for 3 weeks now and she's been great. She is mindful of my limitations (knees) and still gives me a good workout.

Shelia runs a wonderful program. She works out the whole body and you really feel good after the workout. If any you have any issues, she will focus on them. She also works with problems, like knees or back. Shelia, is on time and does not miss workouts. I think she is wonderful. P.S. You will sweat!

I've been a client of The Body Workout for five years. Sheila comes to my home, and has designed an exercise program for me that keeps me motivated, and is fun and flexible. Because of her expertise in exercise physiology she has been able to address my rotator cuff tendonitis and bad knees, which predated my working with her, as well as rehabbed a broken wrist and my back after surgery. This is such a bonus in a personal trainer, as it means that she knowledgeably adapts our exercise routine specifically for me. Sheila is also very informed about nutrition, and has given me a number of excellent suggestions about nutrition in general, websites to use as resources, and even some specific recipes. I absolutely recommend Sheila without hesitation as an excellent personal trainer.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
You don't have to pay for a huge package, you can pay once a month or every two weeks. I try to work what works best for you. The Body Workout takes all forms of payment: cash, checks, credit cards and quick pay from Chase Bank. You can see a Body Workout trainer once, twice, three times or more a week. Once a week is $70 a session, twice a week is $65 a session and three times or more is $60 a session. Group personal training is $40 per hour per person a session. It's cheaper to train with a buddy or a group. The first session is FREE! The Bridal and Bikini Bootcamp classes start in April at 39th and Cottage Grove - Mandrake Park Track. The cost is $80 for 6 weeks.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I do continuing education classes every year and I read fitness journals once a month. My favorite convention is the Midwest Mania Expo in October in Chicago.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I had a client that started at 520 pounds and I was able to get her weight down to 340lbs before she moved out of town.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
I have a masters in Exercise Physiology and I'm a group instructor and personal trainer. I've been teaching fitness with over 20 years of experience.
