I was in the middle of moving into my new home and was shopping around for carpet/duct cleaning service. I originally brought-on Ecogenie for just carpets, but after getting burned by Blu Air Care with a no-call / no-show, I asked if they could provide duct service cleaning as well. The Ecogenie team is a top-notch group of guys that are great at what they do and understand customer service. After watching Rich and his team throughout the day, I can tell you that they take no shortcuts and do anexcellent and thorough job. As the day progressed, they certainly didn't mind my questions as I piggy-backed throughout the day. Rich and Juan took the time to explain what they are doing and how their technology worked. I had questions a week after they completed the services and they had no problems explaining things to me. I highly recommend Ecogenie and will be using them from now on.

Moving into a new place and previous tenants didn't clean carpet. With one day's notice Eco Genie was able to come by on a Saturday and cleaned three bedrooms, a walk-in closet, a hallway and staircase in just over an hour. Everyone was extremely friendly and professional.

EcoGenie did a good job at cleaning the air ducts. They know what they are doing and are well equipped for the duct cleaning job. However, the cost of cleaning is quite high.

From the first email contact through the delivery of our cleaned wool rugs, these guys were professional, clear in their explanations as to what they could and possibly could not do (setting expectations) and up front about pricing. No surprises at all and no overselling. We will use Eco Genie again. Soon.

Because of deceptive pricing, poor customer service and the unwillingness to up-sell ecogenie was created. All the technicians that work at ecogenie are fully insured and are considered amongst the best by there piers, continually educating and keeping up with all the technology in our ever growing industry .
