I recently enlisted the services of Chef Michael for a party of six home cooking class. Michael was responsive throughout the process from developing the menu through to arriving on time on the day of the event. We learned how to make a chicken risotto and chocolate souflee, Michael's expertise taught us several skills including being able make butter from whipping cream. Michael is a humble and professional chef which my group truly appreciates. I highly recommend Chef Michael for your next event.
