I was experiencing many pop-ups and problems on my computer. It was difficult playing games or even reading articles on Yahoo because of all the ads. When Eduardo came onto my computer remotely he quickly cleaned all my files. He knew exactly what he was doing. I sure didn't. lol He was very kind and professional at all times and answered all of my questions in a way that I could understand. I am keeping all of his contact information in case I have additional problems in the future. With my luck I probably will. lol

Eduardo is very competent technical support person. He knows hardware and software and fixed my PC hard drive which was crashing and near its end of life. He recovered the data and copied all the windows, the programs, and data to new hard drive. Eduardo is pleasant to work with and is very reasonable. Highly recommend for any PC problem from hardware, software or virus removal.

Currently I am employed as a Support Technician aiding 400+ associates. I was previously enrolled at Roosevelt and Robert Morris University where I studied for my double major in Information Technology and Business Administration.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
My most recent job was a Toshiba Satellite computer dated from 2009 with 8 Viruses and 4 trojans. All of them were uninstalled within 1 hour and I reinstalled updates to all the drivers and applications and installed a well known Anti-malware service.
