- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Fees are based on the amount of time and difficulty of the representation. A client wanting to take the case to a jury trial will have higher fee than a client who is looking to plead guilty. Call to discuss your case and fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In person meeting with client, discuss allegations, defenses, and goals of client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
