Excellent Criminal Defense Attorney Atty. Alex Ktenas, worked with the Kankakee State’s attorney’s office on my criminal case. I was given a one time opportunity to participate in their diversion program and, after successfully completing that program the felony theft charge given me was dismissed! Atty. Ktenas was very familiar with the Cook, Will, and Kankakee courts and he worked hard to help me get the best possible result. I couldn't be more grateful and pleased. Alex is a sheer genius in his profession. One can tell right away that he knows his stuff and is on top of his game. He is very professional and always available to his clients. He brings that personal human touch to the attorney client relationship which is rather unique and not often found in this profession. His fees are reasonable and he gets the job done for the fee he quotes. The case I hired him for was a complicated one. It took 2 court appearances and I was very nervous about what the outcome would be. Alex assured me from beginning to end that everything was going to be ok, and in the end, it was. In fact it was better than ok. He got the best outcome that was possible without going to trial. I was amazed and very satisfied. At Ktenas Law we offer a flexible pricing option where a customer can choose to pay per court appearance. This enables the client to save a significant amount of money because we are able to dispose of cases in limited court appearances.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At Ktenas Law we always offer free consultation for all types of cases. Typically we start with a phone call then an in person meeting, which are both free of charge to the customer. That way at the very least, the client will be able to leave the meeting with a piece of mind and be able to better understand the charges without spending a penny.
