Sorry, this review is long overdue. Donna worked my mom's surprise 70th birthday party back in September. We had close to 80 guests. She did an amazing job! We corresponded before the party about drink menu ideas & she was very helpful with suggestions & recipes. The day of the party she did a wonderful job with showing up early, helping set up & went above and beyond serving the guests. She was not only the bartender, but waitress & clean up crew, too. She was well worth every penny! I was finally able to enjoy a party I was throwing for once. We will definitely be utilizing her services again! Thanks again Donna!
Rick was very knowledgeable about the wedding coordinating process. He was helpful in attending the walkthrough with the other vendors and venue coordinator. However, he was not able to attend the rehearsal dinner or wedding because of a previously booked event. His associate, Valerie, and her assistant, Maria were at the wedding instead. Overall, everything went pretty smoothly. Everything was cleaned up and ready to go by the end of the night so I didn't have to worry about it. There were times throughout the night where I couldn't find any of the coordinators when I needed to find something, but I'm sure it was because they were behind the scenes making sure everything was going as planned. Valerie was supposed to attend the rehearsal, but Maria came instead (a little late). Because of this, there was some miscommunication as to where people were supposed to walk, but essentially it was not a big deal (the crowd doesn't notice things like that). They were a pleasure to work with and I felt like most things were taken care of in a professional manner. They even helped my parents load up the car at the end of the night! Honestly, I think I would have preferred for Rick to be there for the wedding coordination because of his experience, but it worked out okay with his associate and assistant.
Everyone was absolutely a delight to work with. Holly was our day of coordinator and was so helpful and hands on in making our special day the best day ever. I never had to worry about my vision coming to life, there were a few changes she made and I'm so grateful she did because they turned out so much better than they werebefore. Our event staff Julio and Brenda were just as professional and hands on and we cannot express enough about how great our event went with the help of them and Holly. They were so warm and great with all of our guests. I definitely recommend Holly Hu's assisting to anyone looking for any event services. Thank you for all that you did! Our day was everything I pictured and more! ❤
C2Detail Events - Charlene served as the day off person for our wedding. The package my now husband and I purchased included - active support in vendor management/payments as well as coordination of our expectations from the rehearsal dinner through the church ceremony and reception. C2Detail Events was phenomenal! They left nothing to be questioned and even assisted in areas not covered in our contract to ensure the day came together without a glitch. Charlene, you were amazing! Allison totally came through on extremely short notice (about 2 weeks before my wedding!) and she did an amazing job. All her communication was prompt, professional, and very easy to talk to. I had some family drama however she took care of it all and everyone got on board. My venue was new to her so she came and met me before the rehearsal so I could walk her through and give her a rundown, which only put me more at ease. I would highly recommend her for your 'day of' wedding coordination, you won't be disappointed!

I don't even know where to start. I'm not sure how my wedding day would have turned out without Amber. She did everything I asked of her and more. She went above and beyond in every since of the phrase. My only regret is not working with her sooner. Amber is a do-er and she gets. things. done! She takes her job very seriously and was completely dedicated to making sure I was happy and stress-free the entire day. I honestly cannot give her enough praise!
Kristen and Jill were a pleasure to work with. My fiance and I decided it would be a good idea to hire someone to make sure things ran smoothly on our wedding day and these ladies surely delivered! My fiance and I were able to truly be guests at our wedding, which was important to us, and we would definitely hire them in the future.
Allana planned our intimate destination wedding in Cabo San Lucas, and it couldn't have been more perfect for me. Allana located and made all arrangements with the vendors to provide the services required: officiant, flowers, food, photographer, hiring a boat. I don't speak Spanish, and she does, so I couldn't have done it without her. She found some really great vendors, whereas I wouldn't have known where to start, even had we been stateside. She managed everything day of, too, and everything went super smoothly, it was perfect! I enjoyed working with Allana, it's clear that she loves event planning!
Grace is exceptional to work with—very professional, personable and creative! She helped plan my mom’s surprise bday party and she had great ideas, contacts, and execution. I would definitely use her services again. The party was a huge success and I was able to enjoy it stress free.
Thankful to Ms Profit, she saved my wedding day as my initial coordinator backed out a week before my wedding, she took over decorating, coordination and handling all my vendors. My day was beautiful no one could tell that she stepped in last minute she ran my day as if it was her own wedding.
Des did my make up (the bride), my bridal party, my mother, and my now wife's make up for our wedding day. She offered to do a trial for all of us the day of my shower as well. We all loved how easy she is to work with, she listens, and is open to feedback. My make up lasted through out the day and night. I even had an outdoor wedding ceremony and reception, and I sweat a lot. I was very pleased at how long it lasted and how beautiful I looked during the ceremony. I would recommend Des to any bride! I also will use Des again for any time I need make up done. She is professional, timely, easy to talk to, quality make up, amazing talent, and great pricing.
Anne Marie and Lynn planned my 40th birthday party. These ladies are miracle workers....the whole day was like a dream! My family that hosted, were able to enjoy the party as well because Anne Marie and Lynn took care of everything...it went so smoothly! A+++! Thank you again girls!!!
I had a great time working with Dana for my July 2017 wedding at Salvage One and would highly recommend her as a day-of coordinator. Since she worked at Salvage One, she knew the venue well and knew what would work and what wouldn't. She helped me fine tune the details for the day-of activities and helped set up all my DIY decor. She made sure everything ran smoothly the day of so that my family or I wouldn't have to worry about a thing. I was able to relax and enjoy my wedding. Thanks, Dana!

I have serious trust issues but I can say Ria put me at total ease. Our Hawaii wedding was more than I imagined it would be. Every detail was perfect. I hired Katisha as my florist a year ago and fell in love with her approach to planning. Katisha and her team are outstanding! She really took time to understand our vision. I had a whole Pinterest board dedicated to bouquets and table centerpieces. She helped me wade through all the different flowers types, styles and colors. We went to two different flower markets and she prepared 3 different proposals for us! I had such a specific vision and a very strict budget. She did a ridiculously amazing job of bringing our vision to life! Two months before the wedding, we had a unfortunate scheduling situation with another wedding planner and we had to let her go. Katisha and Theron stepped in as our wedding day coordinators. They did a phenomenal job helping us plan, handling situations on the day and keeping us on schedule. We were so blessed to have them help us on our wedding day! My husband and I both agree that if we had to do this all over again, we would hire Katisha and Theron from day ONE! They are an amazing team and It honestly felt like a close friend was planning our wedding. The most organized and professional friend ever! Lol 😊
I knew right away when I stood up in my sisters wedding that I had to have Cathie as my florist for my wedding. I knew it would be hard to top the beautiful bouquet on my sisters day but Cathie did! Cathie is always so easy to work with and knew my vision right away. I even remember there being a hiccup Bc the greenly I wanted was coming from Houston and that was the same time at the Hurricane. Cathie replaced it and I couldn’t even tell the difference. Also I told Cathie we were on a limited budget and didn’t want to spend a ton on flowers. Some florist would just skimp on the details but not Cathie, she did an amazing job! Everyone in my bridal party and wedding loved the flowers and thought our bouquets were stunning!!! I would recommend Cathie to anyone who is looking for wedding, proms, and any special occasions. Thank you for helping make our big day so special!
