Sorry, this review is long overdue. Donna worked my mom's surprise 70th birthday party back in September. We had close to 80 guests. She did an amazing job! We corresponded before the party about drink menu ideas & she was very helpful with suggestions & recipes. The day of the party she did a wonderful job with showing up early, helping set up & went above and beyond serving the guests. She was not only the bartender, but waitress & clean up crew, too. She was well worth every penny! I was finally able to enjoy a party I was throwing for once. We will definitely be utilizing her services again! Thanks again Donna!

Rick was very knowledgeable about the wedding coordinating process. He was helpful in attending the walkthrough with the other vendors and venue coordinator. However, he was not able to attend the rehearsal dinner or wedding because of a previously booked event. His associate, Valerie, and her assistant, Maria were at the wedding instead. Overall, everything went pretty smoothly. Everything was cleaned up and ready to go by the end of the night so I didn't have to worry about it. There were times throughout the night where I couldn't find any of the coordinators when I needed to find something, but I'm sure it was because they were behind the scenes making sure everything was going as planned. Valerie was supposed to attend the rehearsal, but Maria came instead (a little late). Because of this, there was some miscommunication as to where people were supposed to walk, but essentially it was not a big deal (the crowd doesn't notice things like that). They were a pleasure to work with and I felt like most things were taken care of in a professional manner. They even helped my parents load up the car at the end of the night! Honestly, I think I would have preferred for Rick to be there for the wedding coordination because of his experience, but it worked out okay with his associate and assistant.

Two thumbs up and five stars. Holly is my outside “go to” person when I need help. She is great to work with – bright, intuitive, logical, thorough, comprehends rapidly, is independent but works well with others.....and she takes charge. Rare qualities these days but I am sure those qualities would be re-occurring themes with anybody describing their experience with her services. The highest professional compliment I can give to any person is saying they are “on it” and that they “get results”. Ultimately, nothing else matters when assigning any job or task to any person. C2Detail Events - Charlene served as the day off person for our wedding. The package my now husband and I purchased included - active support in vendor management/payments as well as coordination of our expectations from the rehearsal dinner through the church ceremony and reception. C2Detail Events was phenomenal! They left nothing to be questioned and even assisted in areas not covered in our contract to ensure the day came together without a glitch. Charlene, you were amazing! We cannot say enough great things about Heidi and highly recommend her wedding services to any other couples! Heidi served as our wedding coordinator in September 2017 and she was worth her weight in gold so that we could have a relaxing and elegant wedding. Thanks to Heidi we were able to truly enjoy our time with all of our guests many of whom had traveled from Europe and across the US to be with us. On the day of the wedding Heidi did an incredible and efficient job running our early morning rehearsal which immediately put everyone participating in the ceremony at ease. She and her two assistants were then present at our venue throughout the day coordinating the vendors as they arrived, setting up decor, and bringing us our bouquets for photos. She even sent me a few photos of the cake and decor as sneak peeks as we were out and about all day with our wedding party. Once we arrived at the venue everything looked absolutely perfect and she even had water set up for the wedding party as we got ready to walk down the aisle (she also had water, snacks, pain killers and whatever else anyone needed!). During the evening wedding Heidi kept everything to schedule and moved the guests seamlessly throughout the venue from the ceremony to the cocktail hour to dinner to dancing. She worked closely with the photographer, caterer, and musicians to make sure everything went to plan. If anything went wrong during the day or evening we did not know about it! At the end of the wedding she and her two assistants packed up all our boxes of decor/cake/leftover alcohol and took it to our hotel so our family and friends were able to go back to their hotels or to the after party with no worries. In addition to the actual wedding day, Heidi was wonderful from day one. After we decided to work together we met with Heidi early in the summer and showed her around our venue. A couple of weeks before the wedding she also came to our final walkthrough with our caterer. We also had multiple check-in calls the week leading up to the wedding to go through final details. During the week before the wedding she was in touch with all of our vendors to introduce herself and to work out any details which took all vendor management out of our hands. In short, we had a very detailed schedule and notes of how we wanted our wedding to run and look and Heidi executed it with precision and even helped us think of details we might not have thought of ourselves. We had 60 guests and wanted a personal, professional, and elegant Chicago wedding. So many guests commented on how smoothly everything went during the day and how much they enjoyed the pace and look of the evening. We were a very happy bride and groom!

Allison totally came through on extremely short notice (about 2 weeks before my wedding!) and she did an amazing job. All her communication was prompt, professional, and very easy to talk to. I had some family drama however she took care of it all and everyone got on board. My venue was new to her so she came and met me before the rehearsal so I could walk her through and give her a rundown, which only put me more at ease. I would highly recommend her for your 'day of' wedding coordination, you won't be disappointed!

Natalie was amazing! There were so many moving pieces at my wedding, and Natalie was the glue that held it all together. I was able to tell my family/bridal party if they had questions, or stumbled on an issue at the wedding, to talk to Natalie, and she would address it. The best part was, I didn't have to worry about every little detail the day-of. We met up prior to the wedding and went through the day's itinerary, including set-up, the actual wedding, and teardown. She even went above and beyond, and cleaned up the bridal suite at the end of the night, which looked like a tornado hit it. I could count on her to coordinate with the florist, caterer, venue, etc, and the wedding turned out amazing. Completely worth it, so the bride and groom can enjoy the big day!

I had a great time working with Dana for my July 2017 wedding at Salvage One and would highly recommend her as a day-of coordinator. Since she worked at Salvage One, she knew the venue well and knew what would work and what wouldn't. She helped me fine tune the details for the day-of activities and helped set up all my DIY decor. The ladies of A Vibrant Moment were absolutely amazing. The wedding invitations they created were exactly what I wanted, and received so many compliments on how beautiful they were. They kept me on track with all of my wedding preperations, were always available to answer any questions I had and ready to offer suggestions. On my wedding day everything went smoothly, and if there were any issues; I didn't know about them because these ladies are that good! Awesomesauce!!!! I just hired Izza for my party planning and I cant wait for the final piece. I can't wait to leave her a review because she is awesome and I want everyone to know how great she is. No joke! She saved us a lot of money. I wouldn't even know that she can do a lot of thing unless you talk to her. You just need to ask and she will deliver. She will do her best to assist you in everything. I originally hired her for the planning and day of coordination but when I told her that I was struggling to look for different vendors, she have a whole pipeline of all the vendors she worked with and she is willing to assist in vendor management. I also hired her for my venue design, decor and goodie bags. She has plenty of samples she can show you and if you don't want any of the package she will go extra mile to design you one. I could be very picky since it's my first child and she is very understanding. Highly recommended.
