- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge hourly, which varies depending on scope of project. We also charge a small travel fee of $10 per appointment.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with scheduling a short consultation, in order to get a feel for what our clients want, and to see the space for ourselves. Then we estimate a time frame for the completion of the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
