John did an excellent job restoring 2 photos for me that had been damaged due to being stuffed in a tight space. He was able to restore the photos to nearly perfect, and I will now be able to re-print the photos to save the memories. John worked very quickly, taking only 2 days to restore the photos. Furthermore, the job was fairly straightforward, so everything could be done through Thumbtack. However, he is willing to meet clients with larger projects and walk them through the process.

    Was able to quickly reformat some business documents. My company was using faded copies of a form, filling them out by hand, scanning them in and emailing them. She took 3 forms and put them into a word document where I could type I the information, convert to PDF and email. This cuts down in time and wasted paper. I put them on a shared drive at work and my boss was impressed and my colleagues we all very grateful. She was able to get me the documents the same day - even though there was no deadline - and didn't upcharge me for the expedited services.

    Lauren helped me to prepare content for a flyer with tips for first-time cat owners. She provided first-draft content and documented sources for that content, along with suggestions for formatting for the intended audience. I made some of my own tweaks, sent it back to her, and she polished that copy for me as well. Once I had it formatted, she also proofread the flyer. The quality was outstanding and the turnaround time was lightning fast. The entire flyer was finished in just a few days, and the end product was exactly what I was hoping for!
