The two men that came out were very friendly! They did a great job!May 15, 2018Verified
I cannot and will not recommend Green Air Care Group Inc. I selected them to upgrade entire system with energy efficient equipment, add whole-house dehumidifier and humidifer. otal bid exceeded $11,000 and system was installed July 26/27. Using Green Air is my biggest mistakes this year. I believed Erik and what he represented during the "sale". Post-sale execution, quality, follow-up has and continues to be poor. Today (Sept 12) the new Bryant/Carrier system does not fully function and I continue to wait for Green Aire to address the issues.Sep 12, 2016VerifiedLarry K.'s reply
Thank you for your comments Brian. To be fair ~ we have contracted you over seven times to come out and identify what issue you had with the dehumidifier. You have not allowed us to come out to id any issues with the system. As you the part of the dehumidifier that YOU believe to be faulty (without allowing us to confirm) is under warranty and has been ordered for you. It will be replaced FREE of charge of course. We very much appreciate your business, but we again kindly ask you to allow us to be able to come in to see what if anything is wrong with the system. It is not a standard practice for us to order parts for replacement dictated by what the customer believes is wrong with the system. I think everyone would agree. Rest assure we will take very good care of you Brian.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? We usually try to get as much information as possible to ensure we are addressing the correct problem and providing a fair price. If time and customer allows, it is always preferred for us to come out for a free estimate. No one likes surprises and we want to make sure everyone is happy at the end.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?We have a fleet of over 10 trucks and ensure all our guys are trained and certified to work on Duct Cleaning equipment. Our HVAC installed are certified by NATE and Bryant so rest assured you are in good hands.
- How did you get started doing this type of work? Our company started out as Duct Vent Cleaning business and we still do close to 900 jobs per month. We go into a lot of homes - lots of happy customers. Naturally it led to HVAC work and we have been doing that ever since.
