I have known Dougfor over 30 years and have watched him mature into a dynamic, thought-provoking speaker well versed in most aspects of the business world. Doug brings a wonderful sense of humor to the speakers platform and has tremendous flexibility in catering to specific client learning objectives when customizing a presentation. His programs often draw on personal life experiences which can be linked to his message being delivered as a keynote speaker or for training sessions designed to affect positive behavior changes for those in attendance. I hired Doug to speak at a Sales Symposium Event at Ball State University. It was a full day with 4 experts speaking on various sales topics to hundreds of sales professionals from across Indiana. Doug was well prepared (coordinated messages with the other speakers), smooth, funny and on-point.
