- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?There are no hidden costs. I keep my prices low so everyone can have a chance at a portrait. My contracts are very simple and the client has the copy rights to their images.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?When a client reaches out I usually ask for their name, email, and cell number. I ask them what date and time would be best for a phone conversation to go over details. I don’t mind texting and emailing. Once details are confirmed I send out a pre contract invoice where they can submit a deposit to guarantee their date is confirmed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am a self taught graphic and web designer for 15 years that lead on to learning photography for 7 years.
