Rodent and Animal Removal
We had a raccoon infestation because if a roof that needed repair. The roof was fixed but unfortunately it left a furry friend trapped in the ceiling above our family room. So after trying several options, we reached out to HDH. They were polite and professional. It took about 4 days to get the little sucker but it’s out. They promised to come back with another trap, just in case another friend is holding out which is giving my mom peace of mind.

Rodent and Animal Removal
The team was super responsive, but they didn't complete the job to install new vents and trap the squirrel. It was disappointing because all information about the height and ladders was provided and discussed thoroughly prior to the start of the project, the team said they even came by the day before to review the situation as well, so it was a surprise when they said the 3rd floor vent couldn’t be replaced. I got a different company to install the 3rd vent, and he said the 2nd vent wasn't done correctly, so they had to fix HDH work anyways.

HDH team was very responsive and was able to schedule an appointment for me very quickly. My only gripe is that I was charged more than my estimate even though my initial inquiry included the size of my home. I will update this review in a few weeks to comment on whether their products make a difference.
