This is my 1st experience with a personal trainer. I just finish the 1st week of a month-long session. I chose Keith because he offered a great bargain and his information was straight-forward and didn't come across as a gimmick, like several of the other quotes I received. I couldn't feel better about my choice! He made a plan to help me reach my specific fitness goals, but he also uses a holistic approach and checks in on diet, rest, and motivation with periodic texts. We've had a couple punctuality hiccups due to Feb. Chicago weather and the distance that he travels to get to me, but it hasn't been an issue for me yet. Keith's prior military service also gives him a perspective of determination that is really helping me too. I'd recommend him to anyone who is ready to achieve a fitness goal.
