I highly recommend hiring Jessica. She is so knowledgeable about the body and knows exactly what your body needs! Every workout is individualized daily and she really uses your strengths to build up your weaknesses. She not only has a vast array of skills, but she is also super kind and makes you feel extremely comfortable. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?After initial contact, I set up either a phone consultation or public meeting to gather important background information from the client. From there we work on goal setting and begin our workouts.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I stay up to date on information related to exercise and nutrition. I work out with other trainers. As for my yoga practice, and I regularly attend workshops related to my field.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?I enjoy being active, I enjoy getting to know people and what motivates them. Most of all I like to help people succeed and see them take pride in their accomplishments.
