- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We like to be as transparent as possible when it comes to pricing! If you request a quote we will generally need to collect more information about your event including quantities desired and flower choices! Flower prices and flower availability change depending on the season! We are glad to help customers know what flowers work best during the time of their event!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Getting to know our clients is very important to us because we can get a better feel for what will best work for their event. If a client is interested in working with us, we will set up a time to chat about all the details of the event, whats possible, and what the process will look like on our end!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
3 years experience working in the floral industry in multiple capacities! Working with various event companies as well as retail and corporate floral design!
