i took a refresher course 2yrs ago at the Chicago french pastry school
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
i wasnt much into school, or sitting in a classroom learning things that were boring to me. pastries spoke to me. This kept me wanting to go to school and finish with a degree in the Pastry Arts
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Birthday cakes, showers, baby shower pastries, and wedding cakes
