- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is fair according to the market, also I offer flat rate fees. For those who need continuous service, I do twice a month as well as once a month. Standard cleaning and some moving cleaning only for fridge and oven can be negotiated. Deep cleans EXCLUDED. Standard cleaning means OUTSIDE ONLY.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is to collaborate with the client to find what area need the most attention, that way I can arrive, get to work and make necessary adjustments to tackle the issue.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I definitely love moveout cleanings as it gives me the opportunity to experiment a little with the project allowing me to find ways to be more efficient in delivering quality service to the customer.
