- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My rate reflests high quality from an experienced handyman who is trustworthy, respectful and considerate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Setting the terms 4 a job should be straightforward, simple and should be a good fit for both parties. Even though things come up, the least that you can expect is to get a confirmation that everything is going according to plan. A consistent amount of communication to keep client updated on what to expect as a job progresses.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Most jobs you can have a good idea of what materials and labor will cost from the start but sometimes there are jobs that require some disassembly and research to find out how deep the operation is and what will be necessary once we open it up and look inside. there is no way to see what materials are behind a wall for example or no what materials were used before to repair or build out a suitable repair or replacement.
